Who we are
Deythere is an independent digital news organization covering cryptocurrency, blockchain, and the wider business of digital assets. Since 2017 we have reported on the people, protocols, markets, and policies shaping this industry, translating a fast and often confusing space into clear, verifiable journalism.
Our readers range from first-time buyers trying to understand what a stablecoin is, to full-time traders watching liquidity and funding rates, to founders, analysts, and policymakers who need an accurate read on where the market is heading. Whatever brought you here, our job is the same: to tell you what happened, why it matters, and what to watch next, without hype and without spin.
Deythere is a U.S.-based publisher, operated by Deythere. Our newsroom runs independently of the projects, exchanges, funds, and tokens we cover.
Our mission
Crypto moves faster than almost any other market, and misinformation moves faster still. Prices swing on rumors, anonymous accounts pass off speculation as fact, and paid promotion is often dressed up as news. Deythere exists to be a steadier signal in that noise: to report accurately, to show our sources, to separate analysis from opinion, and to be honest about risk. We believe readers make better decisions when they can see the evidence for themselves, so we link to it wherever we can.
Our story
Deythere began in 2017, during one of crypto’s first mainstream waves, when reliable, plain-language coverage of blockchain was hard to find. What started as focused reporting on Bitcoin and early Ethereum has grown alongside the industry itself: through the rise of DeFi, the stablecoin boom, NFT cycles, the arrival of spot ETFs and institutional capital, and the ongoing global fight over how digital assets should be regulated. Today our coverage spans multiple chains, markets, and jurisdictions, and we publish in both English and Portuguese to serve a genuinely global readership, including one of the world’s most active crypto communities in Brazil.
What we cover
Our reporting is organized around the beats that matter most to people with real exposure to this market:
- Markets and price analysis: Bitcoin, Ethereum, and major altcoins, with context from on-chain data, derivatives, ETF flows, and macro conditions.
- Protocols and technology: Layer-1 and Layer-2 networks, DeFi, stablecoins, staking, restaking, and major upgrades and hard forks.
- Regulation and policy: developments across the U.S., European Union, Brazil, and emerging markets, and what new rules mean for ordinary users.
- Security and investigations: exchange failures, bridge exploits, hacks, and on-chain investigations that follow the money.
- Adoption and institutions: ETFs, treasuries, tokenization, and the companies bringing crypto into traditional finance.
- Education: explainers and guides that make complex mechanisms, from gas fees to token unlocks, understandable without dumbing them down.
How we report: our editorial standards
Every Deythere article is written to be accurate, sourced, and useful. We prioritize primary sources, regulatory filings, court documents, official statements, block explorers, and on-chain analytics, and we link to them so you can verify what we report. We attribute claims to their origin, we distinguish reporting from analysis and opinion, and when a story is still developing we say so rather than guessing.
Our full standards are public. Please read our Editorial Policy, our Fact-Checking Policy, and our Ethics Policy, which includes strict rules on conflicts of interest and on the disclosure of any cryptocurrency our writers hold.
Accuracy and corrections
We work hard to get things right, and when we do not, we fix it openly. Confirmed errors are corrected promptly, and significant corrections are labeled and dated at the foot of the article rather than quietly edited away. If you believe we have published something inaccurate, we want to hear from you: see our Corrections Policy for how to request a correction or a right of reply.
Our use of AI
Deythere is written and edited by people. We may use software tools to help with research, transcription, or data analysis, but every published article is written, reviewed, and fact-checked by a human editor who is accountable for its accuracy. We do not publish unedited machine-generated text, and we are transparent about this because trust in a financial-news source depends on it.
How we are funded
Independent journalism has to be paid for. Deythere earns revenue from three sources: display advertising, clearly labeled sponsored content, and affiliate partnerships. None of these arrangements influence our reporting or the opinions of our writers. Advertisers and sponsors cannot commission, approve, edit, or block editorial coverage, and sponsored material is always marked as such and kept separate from independent reporting. You can read exactly how this works in our Ownership & Funding statement and our Affiliate & Advertising Disclosure.
Why you can trust Deythere
- Experience: we have covered crypto through multiple market cycles since 2017, including the events that defined it.
- Expertise: our writers specialize in crypto and finance and explain their reasoning and sources, not just their conclusions.
- Independence: our newsroom is walled off from commercial interests, and our ethics rules are published.
- Transparency: real bylines, public standards, open corrections, and clear labeling of anything paid.
Not financial advice
Deythere reports on markets; we do not provide investment advice, and nothing we publish is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Cryptocurrencies are volatile and carry a real risk of loss. Please read our Financial Disclaimer and do your own research before acting on anything you read here.
Our team
Deythere’s coverage is produced by a team of crypto and finance writers and editors, led by Editor-in-Chief Muhammad Saad, who is responsible for editorial standards, accuracy, and independence across the site. Every article carries a real byline, and each writer has an author page listing their background, the topics they cover, and their verified social profiles, so you always know who is behind the reporting and how to reach them.
